• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders placed through the City Mall.
• Event booking payments are handled offline unless otherwise stated.
• Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
• Event bookings may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellation policies for specific events will be communicated at the time of booking.

Vendors selling on our City Mall platform agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock information.
• Ensure all products comply with applicable Indian laws and safety standards.
• Ship orders promptly and provide valid tracking information.
• Maintain professional customer service and resolve disputes in good faith.

7. Prohibited Conduct
